You are invited to the Café Janae Spring Potluck! Janae Thompson has graciously offered to host this event. Bring your appetite and a whole-food, plant based culinary creation to share with the rest of the group. We will be making new friends, socializing, sharing recipes, giving encouragement, and trying new Café Janae style recipes. Invite your family and friends to join us!
Many of us will be participating in the Spring Cleanse, and this will be a great opportunity to renew your resolve, try new recipes, and get the social support you need.
BONUS CLASS: Essential Oils are a wonderful way to build your immune system, support cleansing and detoxification, and improve your general health. Janae Thompson, and Janae Devika have both studied the art of using therapeutic grade essential oils and we want to share our knowledge with you. Immediately before the potluck we will be offering a short 45 minute class to introduce you to therapeutic grade essential oils, what they can do for you and how to use them for your home, health, and body care. Please RSVP separately for the potluck and the essential oils class so we know how many to expect for each.
The Essential Oils Class and the Spring Potluck are free, but you must preregister to attend.

WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, SO WE’VE OUTLINED A FEW RULES FOR THE PICNIC
1. Food must be vegetarian, and made with ingredients that are fresh, whole, raw or live.
2. No Sugar, Hydrogenated oil, Corn syrup, refined flour, dairy, wheat, processed food, animal products (except eggs) packaged food, etc.
3. Make sure to prepare your food with clean hands, on a clean surface and include lots of love.
4. This is a chance to try out new healthful recipes. Enjoy the adventure of trying new things.
5. Bring your Own Plates, Silverware, and Cups.
6. Please bring a recipe card so your friends can recreate your dish if they want to.
